This website

stitchpress.io is static files served by nginx on a server operated by Valtech Works. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics, no fonts from third parties and no scripts from other domains. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser string, time) to spot abuse and fix errors; log rotation deletes them after 14 days.

If an analytics tag is added later, this page will say so first, with what it collects.

The StitchPress plugin on your store

StitchPress runs inside your WordPress site. Designs, artwork, proofs, proof decisions and orders stay in your database and your uploads folder. Nothing about your customers or their designs passes through our servers.

The one outside call is licence activation: after you enter a licence key, the plugin contacts our licensing provider, Freemius, to validate the key and to check for updates. Usage tracking is off, and the plugin contacts the service only after you enter a key or opt in on the licence screen. Freemius runs the licence service and the checkout; freemius.com explains how it handles the data it receives.

The demo store

demo.stitchpress.io is a shared demonstration store. Anything a visitor types (names, addresses, text on a cap, uploaded logos) is visible to other visitors who log in with the public demo account, and is deleted every day at 04:00 US Eastern when the store resets. Outgoing email and outgoing HTTP are switched off on the demo, so nothing entered there is sent anywhere. Use made-up names and addresses.

Buying

Purchases are processed by Freemius as merchant of record. From each purchase we keep what support needs: your name, email, the plan bought and the licence key.

Mail to support@stitchpress.io is read by Valtech Works and kept as long as it is useful for supporting you. We do not add support addresses to any marketing list.
