Pricing
One yearly licence. Every feature. No per-order fee.
Plans differ only in how many live sites they cover. Staging and local copies never use a seat. Renewal is at the same price. 14-day refund, any reason.

Shop plan at $149 for the first year, first 50 buyers.
Renews at the regular $199. Same features, same 14-day refund. No lifetime plan: support is a cost that runs for the life of your shop, and a price that cannot cover it is a promise we would break.
Every plan includes
The whole product. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
For your customer
- A designer on the product page, quick to load on a phone, with two modes per template: tap a zone and fill in a short form, or place text and logos on the garment and drag, scale and rotate them inside the zone
- Text in your fonts, curved text, uploaded logos (JPG, PNG, PDF), thread or ink from your chart
- The garment photo in the colour the customer picked
- Save a design and come back to it for 14 days; logged-in customers get My Account › My designs
- Order again from a past order, re-checked and re-priced at today's prices
- Classic and block cart and checkout
For your shop
- Templates with garment views and decoration areas, assigned per product, per category or as the shop default, with a bulk assign tool that previews before it writes and can undo
- Embroidery and screen-print pricing, setup fees with a waive-above amount, quantity breaks, and a price table that shows what every combination costs
- Proof rounds with a production hold, the Job Jacket, a production queue with status (Queued, In production, Ready, Shipped) and batch printing
- Seven WooCommerce emails for proofs, new decoration orders and ready orders, editable and overridable in your theme
- CSV export of decorated orders, one row per placement
- A REST API and three signed WooCommerce webhook topics for your other systems
- A setup wizard, demo data, two built-in looks (Default and Workshop), Spanish included
- Privacy tools: personal data export and erase, and automatic cleanup of designs that were never ordered
From us
- Updates for as long as the licence is active
- Email support, first reply within two business days (support policy)
What it replaces
Why a yearly licence instead of a $59 canvas plugin or a $68-a-month platform.
A canvas designer that guesses at production
Canvas product designers let a customer draw anything anywhere, then leave the shop to work out whether it can be stitched or printed. StitchPress takes placement-based orders: you draw the areas, you set the sizes, the customer works inside them, and the add to cart is refused when a design does not match your template.
Pricing the customer can cheat
In StitchPress the server prices the design. Where an area has a real width, the size the customer draws sets the price band, so a large logo cannot check out at the small price. Setup fees are counted once per job across the whole cart.
Proofs by email thread
StitchPress sends proofs in rounds through a signed link and holds the order until a round is approved. A change that costs more on a paid order becomes a linked balance order with a pay link.
A screenshot as the work order
Every decorated order gets a Job Jacket: placement, size, thread or ink by code and name, fonts used, the artwork download, the approved proof, stitch or screen estimates.
A per-order fee
A hosted customizer we checked charges a monthly plan plus 1.5 to 1.9 percent of each transaction. StitchPress charges a yearly licence and nothing per order.
Fonts and colour charts you may not have rights to
StitchPress ships no fonts and no licensed colour library. You upload the fonts your shop holds webfont licences for, with a confirmation per file, and import your own thread or ink chart.
Questions
Frequently asked
What does the licence cover?
One licence key per plan, activated on as many live sites as the plan allows. It pays for updates and support for one year.
What happens if I do not renew?
Nothing stops working. Your designer, templates, orders, proofs and Job Jackets keep running. Updates and support stop until you renew.
Do staging and test sites use a seat?
No. A site marked as local, development or staging in WordPress, or on a host such as localhost, a .local or .test address, or a name with staging, stage or dev as its own part (staging.example.com, shop-dev.example.com), is recorded but never counted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email support with your order number. Renewals follow the same rule, 14 days from the renewal charge.
Is it GPL?
Yes. StitchPress is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You pay for updates, support and the StitchPress name, not for permission to run the code.
Does StitchPress contact any outside service?
Only licence activation, which contacts our licensing provider, Freemius, after you enter a key or opt in. Usage tracking is off. The designer your customers use never contacts a third party.
What do I need to run it?
WordPress 6.9 or later, WooCommerce 10.9 or later, PHP 7.4 or later. It works with WooCommerce's High-Performance Order Storage on or off.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The demo resets every day. Or buy it and use the 14-day refund.
Is there a lifetime plan?
No. Support is a cost that runs for the life of your shop. A yearly licence that covers it keeps the product maintained; a lifetime price would not.
Not sure it fits your shop? Order a cap on the demo.
Two minutes on the storefront, then the order, its Job Jacket and the template that priced it on the admin side.
